Lumina will work with your referring provider to ensure all pre-authorization requirements have been met prior to your appointment.
No, at this time you must call Lumina to request an appointment. We hope to add that feature in the near future. Please call 440-592-6060 to schedule your appointment.
You can use your Lumina MyChart account in three convenient ways:
To access your Lumina MyChart account, visit mychart.luminaimaging.com, and login using the credentials created upon check-in at your appointment. If you have My Chart from MetroHealth, The Cleveland Clinic or Mercy Health, nothing more is needed. Your report will appear in your same My Chart account.
You use the PowerShare account to access and view your images, only if you want to see them. If you created an a PowerShare account upon check-in at your appointment, you can login here: powershare.luminaimaging.com

All of our facilities do have off-street parking available. Please contact your Lumina Imaging Center for more detailed information.
It’s a flat fee pricing structure. There are no facility fees, hidden costs or unexpected charges.
Call Lumina and provide the contact information for the healthcare provider and we will send the images and reports directly.
You can pay your bill directly at the time of service, or we will bill you for your portion of services rendered.
Our pricing before insurance is:
CT / CT with contrast: $350 / $400
MRI / MRI with contrast: $700 / $750
You can pay with cash, credit card, or personal check at the time of service.
